I'm a 44 year old mom of 4 boys (10-19 yrs) and a crazy, busy life just like you.  We're all trying to figure out the truths in a world that's gone a little crazy with food...we have too much, the processed stuff is everywhere and there is always a sugary celebration on the calendar.
